How to Play Wordscapes Solitaire
Wordscapes Solitaire combines letter-card clearing with word building. Form accepted words from usable cards, reveal more of the layout and meet each level's completion condition. This guide explains the core rules and where to find verified help for scoring, Library words and Daily features.
Wordscapes Solitaire Rules
Choose letters from cards currently available on the board to form an accepted word. Submitting a word removes those cards and can reveal cards underneath. Continue until the level's clear condition is met. A normal campaign deal uses weighted letter-card pools, so two players on the same level can have different playable words.
How Letter Cards Are Dealt
Cards are drawn from weighted letter bags rather than a permanent word list for each level. The game uses rules that limit long sequences of vowels or consonants. A Qu tile represents one playable card even though it displays Q and U.
How Scoring Works
Each tile has a configured point value. The game applies source-defined scoring rules when a word is played, so two accepted words can have different values. Use the letter-value table to compare cards rather than assuming standard Scrabble scores.
Lost Words and Library Books
Some accepted words are also Lost Words. These belong to fixed themed Library books. The verified Library contains 10,016 Lost Words in 453 books; finding every word in a book awards its configured completion reward.
Stars and Star Chests
Stars earned through play contribute to the Star Chest progression. The verified reward system includes milestone behavior and weighted Small, Medium and Large chest rewards.
Daily Word
The Daily Word is a separate fixed daily answer. The game's verified reset occurs at 05:00 UTC, and this site releases a new verified answer no earlier than its 05:07 UTC publication check.
Daily Challenges
Daily Challenges offer rotating tasks, such as completing levels, earning stars or forming words that meet a particular requirement. Available tiers depend on source-defined progression rules.
Challenge Levels
Challenge Levels use competitive configurations distinct from ordinary campaign deals. The accessible source confirms the system and Hard/Very Hard filters, but does not provide a complete trustworthy opponent-and-difficulty schedule for every level.
What to Do When You Get Stuck
Check which cards are available now and look for words that reveal useful cards. A short valid word may be the right move, but it may also spend letters you could use in a longer word. Enter the current visible letters into the Solver when you need options.
The in-game Hint can suggest a move or indicate when another card should be drawn. The Solver offers accepted word candidates from the letters you provide; it does not guarantee that every candidate finishes a complicated board.
Beginner Tips
Check the whole board before playing
Think about which cards a word will remove and which new cards it may reveal. Do not spend a useful combination without checking the alternatives.
Enter the exact cards in the Solver
Include a letter only as many times as the card appears. Use ? for each Wild card and remember that Qu occupies one tile.
Watch for Library Lost Words
A playable word may also count toward a Library book. The Solver marks verified Library words, and the Finder can show the book that contains one.
Separate the different game systems
Daily Words, Daily Challenges, Library rewards, events and normal campaign deals follow different rules. A level number cannot identify all their answers.
